Aleph Terms of Service

1. Who and what

These terms cover use of Aleph by a business ("you") and its team. Aleph is run by VANDORIO GLOBAL TECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Vandorio", "we"), CIN U62010AP2026PTC127544. Aleph is a WhatsApp-based tool for customer records, billing and (later) collections. The app may appear under the name Mayatrix.

By signing in or using Aleph for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

Aleph is in pre-launch testing. It is open only to invited testers. Using it now does not promise a launch date, a place in a pilot, or that any feature will be released.

2. Pilot terms

• Pilot terms and any charges will be agreed before they apply.
• Features listed as off in the Privacy Policy are not part of the service until we say so.
• We can pause or end access, with notice where we can give it.

3. Your account

• The owner is responsible for the team members they add and what they do.
• Keep sign-in codes, passkeys and recovery codes private. Tell us at once if they are lost or misused.
• Give accurate details. We may ask for registration documents before approving an account.

4. Your customers and your messages

• You decide why you hold your customers' data and how you use it. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to message them and for any consent you need, especially before marketing messages.
• Follow WhatsApp's and Meta's business terms and messaging policies. Aleph is not endorsed by or affiliated with Meta or WhatsApp. If Meta limits your number, Aleph cannot override that.
• Do not use Aleph to send spam, unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages, or to collect passwords, card details, one-time codes or UPI PINs.
• Tell your customers how you use their data. We will publish a notice for people who message a business, which you can link. It does not replace your own notice.

5. How we handle data

We handle your account data for ourselves and your customers' data for you. The Privacy Policy says what we hold, who else handles it, where, and for how long. We use your customers' data only to provide Aleph to you, to give you support, to keep it secure, to find faults and stop abuse, to handle privacy requests, and as the law requires. We may also ask you to sign a separate data processing agreement.

6. Invoices, tax and payments

• Aleph helps you make invoices. You are responsible for their content and for your tax duties. Aleph is not tax advice. GST handling has not been signed off by an accountant.
• Payment requests point to your own UPI details. The money goes to you. Vandorio does not hold, receive or settle your customers' payments, and is not a payment provider.
• You must keep the records that tax and company law require you to keep. Tell us if you need a longer retention.

7. AI

AI features are off. If we offer them, you will get a notice and a choice first, and these terms will be updated. AI can be wrong. You stay responsible for what goes out in your name.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Aleph running but give no promise of uninterrupted service during testing. Take your own copy of anything important. You can ask for an export at any time.

9. Ending

You can close your account by asking us. You can ask for an export first. Automatic closure windows and deletion timings are not yet in force; we will tell you what applies when you close. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or put people or the service at risk.

10. Our rights and responsibility

Vandorio keeps its rights in Aleph. You keep yours in your own records. Warranties, liability, indemnity, governing law and forum are not set in these testing-stage terms and will be set in the business agreement. Nothing here removes a right the law does not allow us to remove.

11. Changes and contact
